Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At CyberConnect, we specialise exclusively in virtual products and digital services, including downloadable software, activation keys, and managed cybersecurity solutions. As such, our refund and returns policy reflects the nature of these digital goods.


Virtual Products and Software

All purchases of virtual products are final and non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or activated. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Downloadable software
  • Software license keys
  • Subscriptions to cybersecurity services
  • Cloud-based or remote IT solutions
  • Any other digital product or service provisioned by CyberConnect

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been delivered electronically or a service has begun.


Commitment-Based Services

For products or services sold with a fixed-term commitment (such as annual software licenses or managed security plans):

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days in advance of the next billing or renewal cycle.
  • If a refund is approved, you will only be refunded for the unused portion of the term.
  • Refunds will be issued only at the discretion of the company director.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Activated software licenses
  • Downloaded software or tools
  • Services already provisioned or accessed
  • Subscription renewals that were not cancelled 30 days in advance

Refund Process (Where Applicable)

If a refund is granted (at our discretion), it will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. You will be notified via email of the outcome.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund (when one has been approved):

  1. Recheck your bank account or original payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—posting delays may occur.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary.
